How We Use and Share It

What you send through the form, or tell us over the phone, is passed to one independent local tree contractor so that they can contact you about the job. That is the entire purpose of collecting it, and it is the only reason your contact details are asked for. Your details reach that contractor and stop: nothing is entered into a bidding pool, auctioned, or resold, and nothing goes to data brokers or to anyone else. If you would rather nothing were stored at all, call instead of filling in the form.

Independent Contractors

Tree work arranged through this website is carried out by independent contractors. They set their own prices, carry their own insurance, run their own equipment, and are solely responsible for the safety, quality and completion of what they do on your property. This website is not a party to that agreement, does not supervise the work, and does not guarantee it. If something goes wrong on the job, the contractor and the contractor's insurer are who you deal with. That is the reason the certificate of insurance matters before anyone starts.
